Sadly, he could very well have been our next president. He's not doing so well anymore, but the rest of the competition doesn't leave me with much hope for America either.

His name is "Rick", not "Rich". I prefer to use his full name, "Texas State Governor Rick Perry" whenever possible.

This is awesome, but it's really going to hurt my chances of getting a TouchPad on Sunday.

This thing is basically just a remote camera flash that's triggered by the on-camera flash. SOME papparazzi are actually photographers, and as such would be able to turn their flash off.

Youtube is not a news outlet. News organizations' sometimes post content to youtube, but youtube also contains cat videos, David Icke, and people explaining how the moon landing was faked, chemtrails are controlling our brains, Loose Change, etc. Try Reuters, The Economist, BBC, etc.

Considering that it's focus is fixed, it basically is useless. After my 3gs broke, I was using a hand-me-down original 2g, and after trying to use the camera a few times, I just gave up on it.

Keep reading, there are more. This is worse than the stuff they usually post by a huge margin.

We are still using cards because the person you most want to have your contact info, that CEO, senator, etc. are not part of this generation. When the baby boomers finally retire, then we can just email our boss our vcard or whatever. Or, for particularly hip businessmen, use the iOS Bump app!

Here's $500,000. Go find the answer.

In baseball, a no-hitter is considered the perfect game. I fail to understand how a game in which you watch a bunch of people stand around while two guys play catch can be entertaining.

Well, things are definitely different at 120. I don't typically enlarge beyond 11x14, so 120 has an advantage there. When I was still shooting 35mm (and I still have a bag of the damn things in my fridge, but no reason to shoot), HP5 looked less awful at all levels than tri-x. The blacks are better, and the grain is

At B&H, Tri-x is 0.14 cheaper. I'll take HP5+ (or better, FP4) for that difference just because those films look better.

"costed?"

the dish washing issue was likely for their dish machine, which is like a dishwasher but with either chemical or heat sanitization - 190 degrees for 15 seconds is the absolute minimum, and yes you can have one in your house and no it is not a good idea since they leak and aren't good at actually removing food from

Thunderbolt is actually Intel tech, and they hold the rights to it. Intel is generally more open with their licensing, so chances are we will be seeing more thunderbolt compatibility in the future.

bummer. I'm right around the corner from there right now...before I read that it happened late July, I was starting to pack my things and go poke around :(

I'd do the same...if I had a choice about it. Sadly, I'm stuck with AT&T.

Canada's average gas price is 122c/L, 3.78 L/g, and the currency is pretty close. you're looking at maybe $1/gal difference in America's favor. I don't think that makes up for ATT charging us more than twice what @AJ is paying for his cell.

So, you're the one!

Those nitrogen-flushed vented bags are a lot better than plain paper bags as the one-way valve doesn't let more gas back in to the bag after the beans off-gas. They definitely don't keep coffee fresh for a year like some companies claim (Starbucks, mostly), but the flavor falloff after two months is pretty negligible.
