Exactly.  If I tried to do a neutral turn on pavement with my Bobcat, even with rock hard non-pneumatic tires it would hop and buck and was pretty much impossible.  If it didn’t have hydraulic motors at each wheel, something would have broke.  I can’t imagine doing this in a Rivian without severely damaging it.
