People keep saying that, but the numbers tell a different story. BBY stock is at an all time high, revenues are up, profits are up, and the company is growing. Best Buy has been on an upward trajectory for many years now.

Maye 5 years ago but Best Buy is doing really well now. They had a huge turn around.

Sooo, poor sales of the phone and Best Buy catching the company posting fake reviews of the phone in their system seems like pretty good reasons to stop selling them. And the simplest reason.
