While he is somewhat of a Tesla Fanboy, really he is an EV fanboy and also has a few other EV’s that does long term tests. He has an Rivian R1T as well so he isn’t just a Tesla nut hugger. He gets them and puts them through a lot of tests and he test all EV’s and covers the EV industry like charging tech and charging

Reminds me of Fark soon after they removed a certan type of thread....or IMDB after they removed discussions.   Oh well.   Live by the sword.....

Sad to see how the comments are dropping to the low double digits or even single digits on most of the posts these days. Maybe get back to real car news instead of the Tesla bullshit every two seconds?

At least this sort of hedonistic display of wealth I can accept. It beats buying a newspaper and then overriding the editorial boards...

Might as well have left the engine out, because this thing wont see a single mile of road in its lifetime.

18 U.S. Code § 953 - Private correspondence with foreign governments

Call me crazy but you shouldn’t NEED to be able to trace specific security leaks back to Musk to take action. Regular communication with a hostile foreign power should be enough to forfeit government contracts.

My experience with Chevettes is with them as 20yo beaters, but even in the rust belt, they’d take a bunch of negligence, abuse, and the absolute bare minimum of maintenance. I’m not sure exactly how much mileage was on the fleet of pizza delivery cars I drove, but they were all past the ~250k kms where the odometer

So, other than North Korean spies that work at defunct car companies, who exactly can afford this thing?

Car companies are pricing themselves out of business. They’re only trying to build and sell high end/high profit vehicles and ignoring the vast majority of potential customers. Is it any wonder that Hyundai and KIA have been able to take such big shares of the market? I was visiting my mom in Texas last week and

Wonder how their performance reviews were ?

The only reason the government has to play along with Musk is because Boeing sucks so damn hard at doing the bare minimum that they set the bar on the floor for SpaceX to crawl over.

and Elon planting the seeds to be able to eventually tell current owners that “FSD” won’t work on their cars equipped with HW3.

Revoke whatever clearance he has for whichever reason you want (there are many) which would cause any normie to lose their clearance.

Real question: How is ASS any different than FSD, except at lower speeds? And since Tesla’s gone out of their way to declare that FSD actually needs a human to monitor things, why can ASS exist without one? How is this allowed?

You lose interest when a reviewer is honest about how the review happened?

just tryin to ensure more sweet sweet audi flights, i see...

you ....  you showed us the forbidden wagon fruit.  Tease.

This is standard industry practice. Every new car review you’ve read happens this way, only we disclose it up front.

In my experience the only journalist I’ve seen on a press trip who paid for airfare and lodging was WSJ. We don’t have WSJ money, so we accept Audi’s invitation and disclose it up front.

I didn’t love

so lazy. so, so lazy.
