This list is too generic. I mean- the GMT800 generation was great, but the best of that generation was the GMC Sierra Denali with Quadrasteer. AWD and 4 wheel steering. ‘nuff said.

I bought a 2009 Mazda 5 Grand Touring last year because I am able to load my wheelchair into the sliding side door without assistance.
The GM J-body. 1st Gen, 2nd Gen, 3rd Gen. Don’t care. Love them all for the little tin cans they are. Mine has been oddly lovingly cared for in its 31 years of life and I’ve continued that. It’s slow, old, shoddily built and somehow still…fun.
My new to me Oldsmobile Delta 88 Royale 1987. it’s big, boring, not even rear wheel drive but I always driven small 4 cylinders cars. It’s big, comfortable, the interior is down right retro and I love it. the body is rust free and that is incredible here in Canad. Here is a pic.
I honestly love me a good van. Vans are honest, hard working and serve a purpose. People who buy vans do a lot of research and have strong preferences for what van they want. I’m partial to the Kansas City produced Ford Transit, and I was very happy when Ford put the old reliable Econoline out to pasture and arrived…
I’m betting that the entire front end has to be changed at the very least. There’s absolutely no way it passes pedestrian safety regulations looking like a gigantic chisel.
This completely ignores current fossil fuel subsidies, not to mention historical land redistribution and current rules around oil and gas leases.
Chevy C/K
It’s the El Camino.
Do you not travel on any interstates or larger state routes to get to your vacation spot?
batteries of capacities up to 120 kWh
Nope. We just got the sport back version of the Regal. They didn’t bring the wagon model TourX up here. I actually had been hoping to test drive one and was sad they announced it wouldn’t arrive. The sport back actually had decent storage but just wasn’t enough for me.
I wanted a TourX so bad but literally hadn’t even heard of them until they were almost all gone from dealer lots late 2019. I was ready to buy but would have had to travel 250 miles just to lay eyes on one in person so it was a no-go...just came along a little too late.
I have a TourX. Best car I’ve ever owned. German built (Opel), good looking, fun to drive, extremely practical. No marketing as GM was looking to get out of passenger cars.
This x1000
Cadillac ELR. Nobody bought it because it was LUDICROUSLY expensive for what it was (a tarted up Volt coupe), but the values have PLUMETTED, so it’s a great used buy for something stylish, comfortable, and efficient.
As a former owner of a 2018 Regal GS I agree that all the Regals were underappreciated.
Only 35k ever made over a 4 year run. Partially because GM killed the brand (along with Pontiac), and partially because it filled a niche between the Corvette and Miata (and the base level competed directly with the Miata)...an answer to a question few really asked.
The Pontiac G8 and Chevy SS never sold well when new. Blame it on inadequate marketing buzz from GM? But of course these days, 10 years later, good examples are selling for almost the original MSRP.
The Pontiac Aztek. Heinous looks aside, it was actually a great car, which was why the Buick Rendezvous outsold GM’s projections.
