No way. Alaska is like; “Pay us that fucking money you deadbeats. We’re still experiencing the adverse effects of this spill and its hurting wildlife, the environment and people’s livelihood. We need those funds to clean up this huge fucking mess you made.”

If anything, this would be an issue for oil and gas workers, so that’s where I’d look for trends.
