I saw a couple hovering around a mile radius from the LR dealership in Baltimore. They were probably just waiting for the car to breakdown, so they could have a shorter tow distance ;)

The fiesta ST on any tight and twisty is amazing, but sadly that sitting in traffic part was why I went with the Mazda3 (which I very much love). The ST is the most FUN/$MSRP car I’ve driven so far in my life, but that doesn’t mean I want to drive it on the freeway everyday to work. If only I could afford more toys...

I love my wife so much for stuff like this. When I say “I’m going on a drive” or “I’m going out to shoot (photography),” she always replies “have fun and don’t do anything stupid.

Half hour late and the Spark is taking the lead

We treat my brother’s as a 3 seater, assuming the passengers are of normal height. I’ve never felt they were that impractical actually :D

With all that money, Elon is one bad haircut and later head shave from becoming Lex Luthor...

When I was little, I was OBSESSED with the Dodge Viper. I don’t even know why my parents let me buy multiples too! Not pictured are a red one and a Yellow one below... I had a problem...

I feel like the Mach E is the perfect car for people who don’t want to deal with the potential baggage that Teslas carry (inconsistent service, Elon, ergonomics not for everyone, etc...). It’s a car that is close enough in performance, but people can still take to their dealer when something happens. Kind of a good

Yeah, thinking about it, I know people who have dropped $80k on their own custom Jeep that could really only be towed due to how extreme they made it.

Yeah, Raptor would also go into that “pay for powertrain” cars. The interior is basically a Lariat with a different seat kits, but at the cost of the King Ranch ($53k) or Limited ($67k). The Raptor starts at $54k or so and with every option clicked, almost gets up to $80k.

I bought that one a couple of years ago to pair with my Samsung TV. I honestly LOVE it. I’m not an audiophile and our room is rather small, but it plays a nice sound and is great for our needs (not to mention I bought it on a black friday sale).

The 18MY+ Wranglers are WAYYYYY better than the ones before, but compared to other $70-80k cars? Haha Nope. You’re paying for powertrain, not for a nice interior (sadly). Kinda like how in most Hot Hatches, you pay for the performance gains, not for a nicer interior.

No one who commented got your joke.... I’m sorry. I liked it ;)

From my experience, seems like they were the more reliable engine too...

Yup. That and mid-cycle refreshes. Those refreshes are usually an easy way to fix stuff that even running changes couldn’t cleanly fix.

Not even just that. There’s a lot of unnecessary hurry up and wait that happens. Engineers are rushed because management couldn’t decide on an issue or direction, but then expects those engineers to finish in half the time they were supposed to. Combine that with some dumb metrics used for benchmarking and what comes
