Musk’s argument is essentially that his purchase agreement includes language that Twitter has to provide all reasonable data that he requests (with some other caveats). They are arguing that Twitter has not done so and this is a breach of the contract and therefore he should be able to walk away.

Its pretty fun and I’m not very far into it but it seems they really made the actual matches worse. No longer best of 3 so no strategy in how you manage cards. On one hand, no, it's not that big of a deal. It was a stupid tweet. On the other hand, it mocks the work of a lot of employees and says the company doesn't give a shit about their work. Publicly mocking your employees' work is insanely stupid and terrible leadership.

I played Avengers pretty close to when it came out. The campaign was pretty damn good. The endgame was really bad though. I never picked up any of the expansions though. I think for $20 it’s well worth the price, especially if that came with the expansions.

Many of those states have trigger laws that become active if SCOTUS were to overturn Roe. So in many states abortion is now illegal.

So you can sue someone for having an abortion. Or simply driving someone to get an abortion. But you can’t sue someone for abuse of power and violating your Constitutional rights.
