Yeah I’ve been going through the Beyond Light campaign and my first thought when using the stasis powers in PvP were going to be a mess.

He doesn’t have to admit anything...There is no Constitutional necessity for a person to admit guilt for the President to pardon them. It’s TRADITIONALLY seen that way.
