The WHOLE PROBLEM is that the current notifications or obtrusive: imagine you're in a hurry, and have to lookup directions. You open the maps app, and suddenly you receive a text message. The current system *forces* you to interact with the popup first, before continueing what you're doing. There's no way to ignore…
