An American office building housing 50-80 American employees and liaisons to act as the American branch of Foxconn, sure.

You’d think at a certain point, they would publicly table health care reform, work on it behind closed doors, get an agreement most/all republicans could agree on, through bribes and whatnot if need be, and then come back to it.
