Yeah, my first thought was “uh, that’s cats. Cats do that. Not monkeys.”

OH DEAR GOD NO NOT TARGETED ADS

What a garbage mother.

Don’t sleep on “I wish I hadn’t voted at all.”

If you have a sizable twitter following for your writing, you probably also have a website, a blog or an actual job, any of which are better suited to long form writing and can support your Trump conspiracy theory much better, then be linked to WITH a tweet.

I’m surprised it was projected to do so well. I know LOTR and Harry Potter made it “cool” to be a “nerd,” but the perception of anime in America is still very, very poor.

No, I understood you perfectly.

There’s a lot of things that are easy, but also pointless.

The division solution (or my view of it, anyway) does not seek to create idealized liberal and conservative/”red” and “blue” utopias. Such a thing is impossible for many reasons that include but also go beyond simple geography. Hell, such a thing isn’t even a desirable thing. Sure, the idea of a nation where everyone

Because for all of our other advancements and changes over the years, we still hold firm to using the unnecessary and outmoded electoral college.

I think everyone is pretty clear on exactly what 1/3 of the country believes and feels since November of last year.

Because it’s not like the party rallies around a president and when that president gets impeached, they go “whoops, well, what can you do, lol” and life rolls on as planned.

It’s very telling that he hasn’t found a taker.

I recently thought to myself when seeing the Ball family’s name “man, Lonzo seems like a pretty nice kid. It’s gonna be at least a little sad when guys start dragging their nuts over his face while dunking on him and hacking him with the occasional elbow just to stuff it up his dad’s ass.”

You could have just said “I’m poor and a blogger (not to be redundant) and probably shouldn’t have blown $700 on a wedding attendance in the first place.”

I don’t know where you live, but do you know if those people are installing them correctly? Because people tend to expect those who they pay to install things to do it correctly.

But more than that, even before Trump and even before coal started dying, it was just the way things were and still are in those towns. Comment sections like this one show the complete disconnect and inability to even use imagination to bridge the gap between life in the city and life in Coal County.

Coal mining only requires a physically able body and a slightly malfunctioning sense of self-preservation. The idea that you can just “retrain” coal miners to work on wind farms or solar energy plants/solar panel factories is, uh... let’s say it’s very optimistic.

The pay actually isn’t THAT bad, though no one’s becoming a millionaire from it.

You seem fun.
