They were also exceptionally tiny because you don’t need a very tall heel to use stirrups, which is why anyone saying cowboys need them is full of shit.

Surely Par Vollen would respect the military acumen of one of their most talented officers.

Ripping newborns and infants away from their parents?

I dream of an alternate reality where Ubisoft released a direct sequel to BG&E in 2006 for Xbox 360, PS3 and PC. It was a single-player game featuring Jade and Pey’j as playable characters and had a combination of unique, linear levels and open hubs and lasted about 20 hours if you went for 100% completion. In

Everyone keep a close eye on her so the moment that she becomes too popular or too lauded we can rip her apart for being fake, for pretending to be clumsy, and for being annoying instead of silly. We’ll get her. We just need to make sure her pedestal is tall enough first. [twirls fake mustache]

My favorite Roman moment from the original run was when he was somehow on the verge of getting together with a porn star but couldn’t stop himself from being pedantic about the difference between fantasy and sci-fi. Even though he knew that if he could just not be a dick he would’ve very likely gotten laid by a porn

I did not know that Kindred wasn’t a limited series and knowing now that they do not adapt the full book makes me much less likely to check it out. Kindred is a phenomenal book, the kind of book that stays with you and haunts your dreams for weeks after you finish it, and I think it’s a damn shame that its adaptation

I used to really love Persona.

It’s ambiguous.

Exactly. I don’t get why this article is going so hard at the people who complained. It is clearly deceptive advertising.

And the ASA sided with the Karens, agreeing that the promotion was misleading.

This isn’t even a story nor does it reflect badly on Paul, who is a dipshit.  He rehomed it properly to the horse ranch.  It was the OWNERS of the horse ranch that abandoned the pig.  Paul had nothing to do with the animal after dropping it off at the first ranch.

AND, at least for now, we support you spending your capital on assimilatory beauty practices, because systemic collective issues are rarely if ever solved by individual action.

This is the first time in a while I’ve decided not to preorder a Fire Emblem game. Three Houses was such a great blueprint to build on and this seems like such a step back from what’s been described of the narrative, the social aspects, and the ring mechanic.

By this article’s definition of a cult... pretty much everything is a cult.
