Mazda is suffering from Ford cutting them loose, then they had to find a suitor and it ended up being Toyota. Toyota is also sucking the quirk out of Subaru.

I still don’t get why people think they are supposed to be drag cars. As long as they’re quick enough, it doesn’t matter. They are supposed to be practical and fun to drive (which means corners, because that’s all you can really have fun with) so they can serve as your only car. If they go too far and

The LSD is uncertain, but I’d bet on the suspension since the FoRS has it.

This might be better than my car in most every way. I couldn’t justify getting rid of my car to buy one, but it has a number of things I wish my car had, like automatic rev matching (which every modern manual with electronic throttle control (every car these days) should have), an LSD, and adjustable suspension...

I’m pretty sure the RX-8 has more rounded triangles than that. The design is full of them inside and out.

It’s the exact opposite of the usual factory-debadging that German manufacturers will do (including BMW).

That makes sense. It’s like the glowing star on the front of the cheapest Mercedes.

If you have kids you get a bigger SUV. No US woman will accept less than a mid-size SUV for transporting even a single child. If they hit 3, they demand a 3-row monstrosity. This is too small for even one child, so only retirees and DINKs.

I don’t think it was for me. Still grey.

More likely a local. It’s the Seattle thing. Even I get into it a bit. We do have some serious negatives that many people cannot comprehend without living here.

Don’t eat a bag of Dick’s unless you’re drunk or high. Trust me, no good comes from that.

Even without this, cruises are terrible. It’s like a floating prison.

It’s a combination of garbage and Stepford after it was abandoned 40+ years ago. The entire town is kind of a ghetto and not in the “this is an ethnic area” sense. This is a place where you might go to buy drugs.

This town is a ghetto. Probably not that mormon, actually. It’s close to Hill AFB and a suburb of Ogden, so it’s one of the few areas in UT outside SLC that would have a pretty low percentage of mormons.

Considering where she lives, it’s probably not the worst thing in the area. I bet there are actual meth labs nearby.

It’s a suburb of Ogden just outside the base. Very rough area. “Pale” people have ghettos, too.

You clearly don’t know Clearfield. This would be too classy for the people that live there. Although cookie-cutter 1970s housing abounds, it’s basically a pale-skinned ghetto.

Her house really stands out in that neighborhood, but it’s far from a Stepford neighborhood. This place is a stone’s throw from Hill AFB and the area is really run-down/rough. My SIL lived less than a mile from this house for a handful of years...

Well, Clearfield is pretty much a total shithole, so this doesn’t look even mildly out of place. Hell, I think this is an improvement over most of the area.

I am fairly sure I haven’t heard one. I didn’t even know the thing existed. We were like, “that’s a very weird looking SUV”, then we saw the name and she was like, “WTF is that? Never heard of it.”. They definitely didn’t sell well around here.
