I have the same model and did a shitload of research before selecting it. I use it far more than my full sized convection oven because it just feels better when cooking for one than heating up the full size. Still, it can bake a 9x13 baking dish, regular pan of muffins or a bundt cake just as well as the full oven. 

I got this one for my mother about 4 or 5 years ago.

Every time someone starts raving about air fryers I’m like “it’s a convection oven!!!” :P

I like the way a giant, commercial, convection oven like has been in use for decades is now an “air fryer.”  Because I guarantee you they aren’t baking these in a 2 quart piece of plastic on a countertop.

Cruise ships are an interesting use case as well, and analogously private megayachts probably outnumber cruiseships. Still a good point.

That’s probably who they are targeting, and cruise ships. Doubt many movie theaters will want to invest is the costs associated with that.

Why? 35mm is essentially 4k. Unless you’re comparing it to a 70mm cut of Lawrence of Arabia, it’s going to look the same.

I wonder how much of their intended market is very wealthy people that have home theaters as every McMansion and up seems to have one. I’m guessing they’d sell more to that market than actual public-going theaters.
