I just started listening to Slate’s “Trumpcast” podcast. They’ve been talking about how they feel Trump’s team is not stopping him from this craziness because people are getting so outraged that it could lead to outrage fatigue. Just letting us burn out our energy and accept the new normal.

Well, I was excited about this for a minute, but I can’t even volunteer because I am white. It’s great for POCs to have a group, but this does cause a separation...and a generation from now, a majority of white women will again vote for a racist because they don’t form close bonds with anyone who isn’t white.
