You are not looking into hooking up a regular V8 to this fragile F1 gearbox that will get destroyed in couple of minutes with all this torque? If you stuff a civilian engine into an F1, you swap the entire driveline, mating the engine to the original F1 gearbox makes no sense, not to mention would be more expensive…
