Without $caycog, COTD would mean nothing. Consider this GT a thank you, $caycog, for your contributions to COTD posts, and the Jalopnik community in general. May your future be filled with many GTs such as this!

I'm not expecting anything. My life is certainly not dependent on the PSN, and besides, the outage gave me an excuse to catch up on some much needed sleep.

Anyone know if it's possible to save the game on the PS3, and then continue it on the PC (and vice versa)? I won't have access to my PS3 during the next 3-4 months, and will be using my laptop as my primary gaming machine.

How on earth did you go from a Mini Metro to a DB9? Did you short some stocks or something? Having lived in London before, I can understand the whole CC thing. But that's quite the jump!

It is said that inside the Porsche, there is a note from John Hughes embedded into the dash: "No, you can't have the GT California. Make do with this replica Porsche instead."

gee, thanks guys!

The following are pace notes found on a wall just outside of Millen's driveway...

Wonderful. Hand these folks a Nobel Prize!

Yes! The Lancia wallpaper has been my favorite thus far, though it doesn't beat this one by a large margin. Something about high res shots of Cars Undergoing Motion (CUM) makes me feel all tingly inside.

Who's "we"? And what was the installation process that they were too cheap to fix? Correct me if I'm wrong, but Toyota determined it was the floor mats which were put in by the dealers or by the owners that was the cause of the problem. To be honest, I don't think its Toyota's fault that that their drivers don't

@mocanlagunas: Or an alternative may be to just develop quick charging batteries. If they can get the charge time to equal how much time you spend at the gas station, then it won't be too difficult to come up with electric stations.

Add more power to the CR-Z, and get rid of the hybrid shenanigans to lower the price. Presto! There's your new Civic. Honestly, I like the CRZ's looks, and the gearbox is as smooth as butter. Guess I'll wait for the Focus...

nvm. said before.

Not if the XJR 15 decides to kill you first, Matt. It's one of the few cars that had wheelspin on every damn gear. It was loud (no sound deadening at all )and if you wanted to get out of the car with some dignity, you couldn't—you had to crawl out.

Why is Besanko bringing in Powerchip, when Powerchip doesn't actually sell the parts? Also, in order for the suit to go through, doesn't the guy need to be sued by Cargraphic, the manufacturer?

@hcho321: On the European/Asian versions of the Galaxy S (GTi9000), the update came out last month. It's definitely the carrier's fault.

In addition to tuning the engine, to get that much power to the ground they'll probably have to do something to the throttle, drive-train, brakes, suspension and electronics. My guess is they completely rebuild those components. I'm just curious as to how much it costs...(I'm guessing equivalent of the car itself).

I thought the Ford Festiva got phased out in 02, after people saw that it was a crappy Mazda Demio. Regardless, I'll take what he's taking.

@superveloce: It's an Italian hot hatch-high maintenance costs come with the territory. My friend damn near tore his hair out when he got the maintenance bill for his Alfa Mito -imagine what it would be with this. Honestly, I have no idea why these things are so expensive to maintain.
