For your own sake, treat these games like walking into a casino. When it says on a games Steam page or box that it contains microtransactions, just don't buy the game. There are enough games out there, great ones, that don't contain them. You will never run out of games to play by only playing ones without loot boxes.

Being someone who’s spent more than a few thousand dollars on microtransactions for different games, including this one. I’m totally glad that they are switching to a non-MTx fueled game. I’m vulnerable to this kind of shit, so, it’s definitely not good for my psyche when I play games, even games that I love, that

Very small team.

I wish more people/companies/whatever would be honest enough with people that they can say “Well.. we fucked up.”

I got to ask how is this Studio staying in business?

The Culling 2 Tanks So Hard Devs Get Whiplash!

The real headline should be how humble and honest the dev’s have been about accepting their bad decisions, and going back to the day one build to start over. This is unprecedented and should be encouraged in the future!

I know you need attention grabbing headlines, but the real story is the 180!

Guile is the guy I buy my coke from. His insistence on delivering it to me while I stand by two objects of equal height on which he inevitably does a full split always struck me as somewhat odd. Apropos of nothing, Ken often takes my order at Subway.

Me too!

It looks like it takes place post the games though, so they wiggled it to make Fillion’s age work for the most part.  Also consider what they could do with an actual budget.

I like to think that this is just a really elaborate pissing contest between them.

So Nolan North took over a Nathan Fillion role and Nathan Fillion took a Nolan North role. Nice.

Yeah he was looking good up until the window jump. The action Drake just wasn’t quite as believable. Just watching him run to cover you could tell that Nathan isn’t exactly in shape anymore.

He looks amazing right now, and very much like a younger Harrison Ford.

Brilliant. Nathan Fillion proves what all of his fans knew all along, there is no other choice to play Nathan Drake.

I love the 11:00 mark when the camera does the “pan behind the back as gameplay is about to start.”

Some people are going to be upset it wasn’t anything official, but this is exactly what I expected and wanted - it also shows that we’ve all been right all along... Fillion is the perfect live action Nate Drake!

This is entertaining! It’s also probably part of Nathan Fillion’s campaign to get cast in the movie, right? Do they have a Nathan Drake yet?

Holy shit. Never played Uncharted but I know it by rep. This is pretty well done.

I hope this does like the Deadpool “test footage” and makes enough noise to jumpstart production. I have to think that’s the primary motivation for Fillion et al. to dump money into a short like this.
