Tourists drive me absolutely bananas. I used to work in a downtown office that was a block from about 5 hotels, so frequently I had to maneuver around clumps of 6 lost people standing in the middle of the sidewalk, three of them looking at their phone maps, two of which are yelling and pointing in differing

Except for every word of this is wrong. I loved the shit out of that album (well technically I owned the 1992 Mother Love Bone album which was just a combination of the 1989 Shine EP and 1990 Apple) It perfectly bridged the gap between my waning love of hair metal and the growing love of bands under the "grunge"

I once interviewed at a company that had me take an assessment test before the Q&A face to face interview, and once I got logged into "testing1" it said "This is not a genuine copy of Microsoft Windows" across the bottom of the screen, so I got up and walked out the door.

Maybe get things started by convincing mom-to-be to pipe soundtracks in via headphones on the tummy.

What a fun outing! Sharing things like that with kids is super special. Took my son to see it for his 16th birthday and even though he's not the biggest fan of going to see movies, he likes anime, so I took a gamble. He absolutely loved it, as did I, and it's now one of my favorite memories with him. I'd never seen

Yep, will be watching.

So the theme is fetish vampire clowns in a bee eating cult. Got it. And something about the election?

It's the one 'novelty dance' song I secretly kind of love for weddings. The rest are all terrible. But the chicken dance I will do.

Interviews are always better with an element of slime involved.

Not a clue.

Washingtonians never use a turn signal, and Oregonians cannot figure out how to merge onto the freeway properly. It's overly polite slowing down and speeding up "no you go!" "no you go first!" hand waves between the merger and the mergeee. The worst. So if you ever wander down to Oregon, be prepared.

There's a delightful number of Portland people here. What's the name of the place on Division? Ate-Oh-Ate on Woodstock and 52nd is my go-to for Hawaiian, but I've never given the musubi a go. I might swing by there today and try it.

Yep, it's right under the Morrison bridge. I've been a handful of times. Usually I get the regular mac, though once I did try adding gator. it wasn't my favorite but it was worth trying.

Going to try making musubi for the first time! but also probably a few slabs fried up and eaten with a side of spiral mac and cheese.

This is total horseshit. It goes way beyond kids menus dude. Way beyond. I do agree that kids menu options are boring, and generally some combo of bread and cheese or something fried isn't always what I'd like to feed my child for nutrition and health reasons, it's probably not going to sway their tastes later in

Thank you for writing this for me.

That was some clunky, defensive, and not entirely clear explaining, and yes, quite an impassioned response to a 'forgotten' request. It seemed like there was something unspoken there, but what exactly, wasn't obvious. (I will admit to sort of tuning out while he prattled on, so any enlightenment on that is welcome)

At least the exposition was brisk and served to progress the story. It finally feels like the previous story has been mostly shaken off, and this new era if you will has taken shape. The opening scene illustrated this without feeling like it was banging us over the head with it, or merely a plot device. Or maybe I was

Outwitted by disqus yet again.

If the voice didn't do it, surely the profile silhouette did it? Apparently not.
