it's a fad with no real flavor attached to it. it's more about the colors and sprinkles, like the "Unicorn" Frappicino, or "Unicorn" cheesecake. It's saturated pastels colors, and rainbow sprinkles. I would imagine that they are probably sort of cotton candy or vanilla birthday cake like in flavor.

HURK. That video was really hard to watch. Literally had to pause it after my gag reflex started to kick in.

My biggest fear realized. Was it too sweet? For use as a condiment you should thin it out with a bit of water, and use less than other kinds of ketchup. In making bbq sauce it's fine as is.
