The other day it was Wye Oak 'I Hope You Die'

This is strange to say, but I’m disappointed that Offred has been so defiant this early in the show.
That was incredibly disappointing. Like a pin to a balloon in deflating my hopes of the way the rest of the series would go.

Much of the story feels skimmed. I wanted more weight to it. The book is not heavy, but it has more depth. I'm not feeling terrified.. I think i'm just leaning too hard on it and not forgiving it for being a TV show. (Also I'm not a fan of Ilene Chaiken, as a writer or showrunner.)

They induce vomiting by sticking a long tube down your throat. Then once your stomach is empty they do a lavage by filling your stomach back up with bags of cold saline solution using the same tube, and then they pull out the tube which makes you throw up the saline. Waking up by moose is by far the best. Imagine pulling back the curtain
