Most 7-11 (well most convenience stores really) frozen treat coolers have had these for years here in Oregon, right along side the rocket pops, ice cream bars, ice cream sandwiches etc. Usually just coconut, sometimes pineapple, mango or strawberry.

I've never had a battered fish taco, only either grilled chopped fish, or breaded. Breaded fish tacos are terrible. A couple of corn tortillas stuffed with shredded cabbage, grilled white fish, topped with diced onion, crema, and a squeeze of lime is how I make them at home.
