I wonder why they didn't just change the charger port and make it run an extra four pins to attach USB when you just plug-in one cable...

@Dropolus: It's also really good if you can fix your charger in one place, and use it like a dock. I mean, imagine that you can connect your speakers and mouse and keyboard and webcam and everything else all at once just by plugging in one USB cord in your laptop!

@m57: ... I'm not saying it's a bad thing. That was supposed to be a joke :P

dead plants = coal! :P

@rjkelly34: Nah, it just means Apple is bored, and has enough money to support faster shipping and use that as a marketing tool to try to get the remaining people who don't have iPads yet to buy one. :P

@Michael Scrip: Also, wasn't 1280x1024 normally an upgrade before? The standard was 1024x768 before the move to widescreen, at which time the OEM standard became 1280x800, and after that the new standard seems to be moving toward 1366x768.

@Michael Scrip: For that website, you may have to scroll left and right if you're on a 4:3 monitor when you don't on a 16:9 monitor. On my laptop, honestly, I love the fact that I have a widescreen monitor, just because of the fact that I can have two windows side-by-side, and have them both be reasonably sized,

@Nabaraj: That's the standard for most webcams really. I mean, theoretically, if a majority of the pixels were active, you would have about a 1280x1024 image! If you need more than that, you need a nice connection to go along with it. Alas, those connections can't be found in the US... :(

@lizon: If images went straight to our brain, we'd become like those deepwater fish that have eyes but can't see anything... :P

I want a new monitor with this stuff now. :(

It's cheaper for Netflix, but it sucks and costs more for people who have capped/tiered internet.

@D80Buckeye: The main thing I hate about UVerse is that if my internet goes out (AT&T's line stability is horrible in my region), TV goes out too.

@FritzLaurel: Be careful when you measure those connection speeds like that, since I know that TWC has this boost thing that lets your download speed go bezerk for the first few minutes, and then drops.

@Live N Learn: Why just two? Let's put together like 50 of those and make a standard 2.5" sized drive, RAID0 all of it... FEEL THE POWER!!!

@Celtic1888: Perhaps it's based on the school then? I mean, my younger sister is going to 6th grade too... (yeah, I know, big age gap... o_O)

@thesmilies: Hahaha, I most definitely do remember that when I was taking the SAT :P

@paqman: If we were going to keep pushing stuff out like that though, we'd need to go to other planets to try to secure more resources to build things. It's not like Earth grows metals or something... :P

I wonder how much of it would burn up, and in the process, how many excess pollutants it would produce.
