All due respect, I don’t know that Jake Gyllenhaal is at the level of “guy worth inviting to host even if they’re not really promoting anything.” Not bad, but not blowing people away, at least in my opinion.

SNL’s biggest problem now is the size of the roster. Lorne Michaels needs to trim it down to 10-12 players and let them grow some chemistry together.

The video is soooo much worse than the descriptions in the lawsuit, as bad as they are.

And yet even if I choose to look at it your way, it’s still arguably more an incredible movie than not.

I’m not easily shocked but watched the video and said “Oh my God” multiple times. Absolutely at Ray Rice levels. I’m glad there’s actual evidence to potentially put this guy away, after the sheer number of allegations against him which suggest he's a true scourge on the music industry. 

Max has been a supporting character through most of the films. Mad Max 2 is more about Pappagallo survivors. Beyond Thunderdome focuses more on Aunty Entity and the tribal children. Max is just sort of there.

Kinda does...AQP, to me, was so full of things that were just screamingly stupid, one after the other. I wonder now if that’s due to Krasinski’s rewrite.

I think Katja Herbers is excellent on this show, I love how she looks angelic & perhaps is on the side of the angels, but definitely is not one.

GoT had more fun characters because the source material was more fleshed out with them. HotD’s source material is basically a historical reference manual. Now that doesn’t prevent the people involved with the show from venturing off the source material path and adding whatever they see fit, but I’m just saying that’s…

I watched all of season 1, and expect to watch all of season 2. But I can’t for the life of me understand how much this show has missed what made Game of Thrones appealing.

You FORGOT... it’s about the CONES. 

It also helps that Adam Scott plays a really funny straight man. It’s not always the most glamorous role to be, so I think some actors shy away from it. But Ben Wyatt is one of my favorite examples of someone who makes the reaction to other people’s lunacy hilarious.
