Had a thought - the end of the last episode Maeve says “None of this really matters.” Maybe this will be the interesting thing the show explores: how does the knowledge that none of your actions are of any consequence affect your actions? When you realize that all of your pain, fear, or joy is either inconsequential

Same - I just can’t care about the characters. I think it has to do with the fact that the hosts never really die and the visitors can’t be killed. I’m sure that’s something that will be completely turned on it’s head toward the end of the season, but I can’t bring myself to really care about even Dolores that much

I never get tired of this video, or Jerry’s laugh in these outtakes.

God, that actress/model had a sweet gig - yachting, dance parties, clawfoot tubs. Also, dislike this campaign, think it’s in pretty poor taste, but I think that’s been said a lot here today.

Another great Netflix option I just saw last week: The Invitation. Best flick I’ve seen in months! Also, not exactly horror (it’s a natural disaster movie), but “The Wave” is also great.

Now playing

Saw this video awhile ago, that addressed just that - goes into the economics of this universe.

I never get tired of Rebel Wilson’s reaction.

Where’s Bradley Cooper?

That model in the teal outfit is strikingly gorgeous.

In that picture, from that angle, Guy Richie looks like a slightly older and a tad huskier Ryan Reynolds. Anyone else ever thought that?

To be clear: I’m not excusing the sad, naval-gazing convo between Schumer and Dunham, but criticizing and praising an artist seem like an acceptable and normal thing.

Why does this site have to be either Dunham’s #1 cheerleader or her loudest critic? Why do you seem to think it’s unacceptable for the writers at Jezebel to find some of her work interesting and then criticize other parts? Why is it that she’s either completely shitty or utterly brilliant?

God, I miss that show.

These comments are sick; wtf is wrong with you people? This isn’t an opportunity to discuss Spears’ career, level of fame, income, or whatever. It’s also not a chance to discuss whether Britney or Taylor Swift or Lady Gaga are the better celebrity, millionaire, or person.

All of that, and he STILL finished the race only 6 minutes behind the winner?? That’s called professionalism.

True, true.

Exactly.

I’ve seen this all over the place today and I don’t see what’s so bad about this. You know, beyond the fact that some sororities can exclusionary, elitist, and somewhat regressive; I wouldn’t categorize any of that as scary.

As a Texan who spent several summers at the Baylor orchestra camp (yes, I was that cool), two questions immediately come to mind:

I hope that this whole subblog is building up to a debate about Jack fitting on the door.
