Poor horses.
Poor horses.
Read that as “in this dead eyes”, didn’t seem wrong.
The thread following that tweet is gold.
God, that Tweet. So true.
FASCINATING - I had no idea about the design control over those reno shows!
I’m sure there are a lot of people who have been in this situation, but when my spouse and I were in the process of closing on our condo our realtor approached us about doing the show. Producers had reached out to him, and since we bought in a hip neighborhood, he wanted to feature us.
Have to also give a shout-out to Russ Hanneman. Such a perfect douche-bro, and the energy from Chris Diamantopoulos is so on point.
Jared. Hands down.
Yes, yes, yes! He makes me laugh more consistently than anyone else on that show.
Seconded. I don’t disagree with her stances, but anytime you look at job postings on the Hill there’s always vacancies in her office.
He is a top celebrity crush for me. Is it weird that at least 30% is because of his marriage? He and Emily V. Gordon are so cute.
One of my classmates won a Seventeen magazine contest and that made my senior prom a big to-do. It was at a fancy hotel in Houston (I was from the burbs, so it was a big deal). omg love it
Wikipedia just taught me that he is from the U.K., so he also has a British accent. That makes him unbearably hot.
I only clicked on this article to learn if the guy who wrote the letter died on the Titanic. Glad to hear he made it on to a life raft so he could keep chipping away at that fortune.
That episode shook me to my core. I thought that the way that it depicted power dynamics between men and women was accurate in a way I haven’t seen expressed before. As someone who has been sexually assaulted in a way that had major similarities to that episode, it really connected with me.
This was an amazing series, truly. Great acting, great directing, great and necessary story telling.
Agree - I can’t imagine that the writers thought that the reaction to that scene would be like this.
I see where you’re coming from - maybe people are trying to minimize the trauma of it all because it isn’t as fun to laugh at the prosthetic when you realize that he’s about to rape her and he had just abused her. But so many of these articles are shortchanging what this was actually about.
