I agree with you on the most part, but you have to credit Pete for giving Viola that Emmy winning first season. It was all Viola, but without a stage there is no actor…Plus I think they chose Viola cuz she's a strong women and that strength was showcased in the first season…After that they made her look too vulnerable…

I have to disagree. This episode was much better than the last, which I think she rated higher! We definitely don't give Jeff Perry enough credit, last nights episode was perfectly executed….But I do agree that this whole dilemma didn't last long, but I bet they want us to think that. This episode certainly deserved at least a B+. Cecily Tysons performance was excellent and was one of the highlights of the episode!
