Not requiring registration does nothing but drive down the overall quality of posts and discussion, no matter where you are. Just look at 4chan for proof of that.

I'm encouraged by the fact that there appear to be actual female characters this season. The show certainly needs some new compelling characters, since they saw fit to kill the only interesting one off.

I have a pretty well-followed Youtube channel for vidya-related things (though I've been rather lax in updating lately) but I'm not much for vlogging either, which I've always found rather odd since Youtube is such a haven for that particular practice. Go figure, I guess.
I can't imagine why people think PBS eats up any appreciable amount of the budget, though I suppose my interest in military affairs and history may give me a bit more of an appreciation for how expensive staffing and running a military is.
