It's the last day of lobster season, so I'm catching as many of the critters as I can.  Kissing Suzy Kolber had a wonderful shrimp roll recipe (arugula, terragon,dill prominently featured) back before the Super Bowl, and I adjusted that to include lobster, and it's delicious.
