I saw a lady turn her car into an intersection last week, all without once looking at the road. There she sat, in her driver's seat, texting away. This was on a very busy road, to boot, where I consistently see accidents happen.

I never understood why my mom wouldn't let me wear makeup or wear age inappropriate clothing, but I'm so thankful that she was strict like that with me. Little kids should never be sexualized or given that kind of attention.

I'd rather just have a big ol glass of ice water than drink some neon-colored "fruit" drink. Mmmm, getting hydrated!

Those girls look hella young, too, like primary school/high school. Nothing wrong with adults emulating Gaga's aesthetic, but it creeps me out, too, to see little girls dressed like this. Smacks of Jon Benet Ramsey creepiness.

The Office is my least favorite show in the Thursday night lineup, I DVR every other show but that one.

30 Rock, Community, Parks and Rec— aren't these the most popular shows NBC has? Besides Law & Order, they're the only reason I watch NBC. I'm still pissed about L&O and L&O LA. I'm going to boycott if these shows get pulled.

I would pay to see Malia and Sasha intellectually tag team this loser.

"I guess we can be glad that Malia and Sasha aren't younger, or perhaps today's press conference might have been about appointing Dora the Explorer as Attorney General because of her success in stopping Swiper the Fox."

Pulley's advice was to consider hipster girls, which made me lulz. I'm proud to be her Facebook friend :)

I'm pretty sure. Mitt is from Michigan, Em is from Detroit and 8 Mile takes place in Detroit, Michigan.

Sickening. I was bullied in school, but not the extent of that haircutting incident, which made me feel ill reading. Romney defenders wanna point out how Obama ate dog as a child, but try to brush these stories under the rug. Not surprised, but sickened still.

I completely agree with you. I hate that it's seen as a requirement— it's a long daily ritual for a lot of women. I tend to not wear a lot of makeup because I'd rather have that time to sleep before going to work.

When I wore crazy amounts of makeup, it was never to get attention from men. All that pink crap I'd put around my eyes to make myself look like an alien creature— it was to feel fun for the day. I didn't care if I got strange looks from others, it was fun for me. And I would sometimes get compliments from other

Ah, you created that meme? I found it a few weeks ago and was awestruck. Major props for that!

Because it's gotten so much press. And when something that isn't especially very good gets this much press, expect backlash.

I don't see a mass amount of hatred for the show, but people should be allowed to criticize it. Especially when it's being shoved down our throats by every major media outlet.

He is so adorable in that gif, I wish I could hug him. Poor kitty!

That's what I would love to find out. Are people even watching it as much as it's being talked about? I only know two people who watch this show, and they're from internet-land.

I (unknowingly) dated a sociopath once. He was pleased by my fascination of serial killers and criminal procedurals. For me, I've always loved the macabre, but dating someone who talked about killing people was just too much. Got out as soon as I could.

G-Shock watches are expensive, I don't know who these girls are trying to fool.
