I read Hellblazer for years and can only recall a tenuous reference to bisexuality in one early issue. I don’t think it was ever a major issue. (Been years though.)

This. 1000x this. It did not look 100% real, it looked like a CG character. Took me right out of the movie every time his face was onscreen. And Leia at the end was way, way worse.

I don’t agree that he was distracting, but that Leia at the end was *off* and it ruined the final beat of the movie.

Yeah, I feel like this movie took the big swing so that other movies can try it and do it better in the future... but the face looked only a little bit better than a PS4 cut scene and there was a weird herky-jerky thing with the body language.

When he first appeared we saw the back of his head and his face reflected in the glass of the window he was looking through. I thought it was a really cool way to include the character without having to go too overboard with special effects that would only end up being distracting.

I don’t blame you for not seeing that was a totally different person, because honestly that whole act was a real mess. I had absolutely no idea what was going on at all, with all the quick cuts and flickering lighting and blood spatter.

Cage was really good up until the “season 2" villain showed up in episode 7

I enjoyed it. That’s not saying it’s perfect or amazing. But it I liked it. I hope there’s a season 2 and they have more time to prep.

Yes! I loved Hudson Hawk and Krull! I had the Krull board game growing up.

Came here looking for Hudson Hawk and can now leave satisfied. Richard E Grant and Sandra Bernhard in that are just goofy fun.

Hudson Hawk is perfect fun. You have to be dead inside not to enjoy it.

I’m thrilled to hear this, since literally the only two good things about BvS were Wonder Woman and her theme song.

Gemell doesn’t get nearly enough love, some of his books are a little samey but I can read most of them time and again. He kills so many principal cast members he makes GOT look tame!

6) David Gemmell: Yes!!!! Druss The Legend was a great character and I enjoyed that book immensely. I have more of his books around here somewhere...
