I have a blast with Mad Max and Mafia 3 to this day. They’re my go-to when I’m out of new games and need a break from Overwatch. I’ll pop one of them in for a few hours and just drive around checking boxes. They’re comfort food, at this point.

The setting, story, and characters are all really well done. But the actual gameplay is so generically open-world that it gets to be a grind after the first big chapter is done. It’s almost a Clicker game at times- go kill some people, make the numbers go up. When they go up enough, you get to kill more important…
