The Last Unicorn - (*lacking a spoiler tag so... spoilers!)I really loved the parts that dealt with ‘change’ in respect to the titular character’s identity as a unicorn.

As a small note, I was absolutely furious that even in this final episode, no one actually bothered to explain what the hell the Black Sky was supposed to be or why her capabilities seemed to vary to such an insane degree.

Thinking on it, I feel like a lot of these plot issues come down to (primarily) the show lacking confidence in its own storytelling devices and (secondarily) needing to service several plotlines.
