This is hilarious. Not only have they alienated players by releasing a shit game - they’re now alienating people who actually bought and played their game (but hated it) - which is shining a terrible light on the company and their game to those who hadn’t even heard about it... and will now think they’re 6 inch taints.

I largely agree. A lot of the ‘promised’ features were actually mentioned *years* ago. Also, the idea that the game should look as good as their vertical slice/trailer when they unveiled it is silly.

Murray’s biggest mistake was simply talking about seeing other players for so long. Though, even he curbed his talking

I honestly don’t think Murray was ‘outright lying’. Even in AAA development, features can be worked on and worked on - and then ultimately cut because it just didn’t come together like they expected it... Or other necessary design changes caused those ones to be changed.

Although I do agree that developers should be

Yep, I enjoyed Rage... Until I reached the 2nd town and it was basically just a rinse/repeat of the 1st town. Never did finish it.

Holy shit. Look at the time stamps on the chatlog... She kept coming back to say shit about it for, like, 20 minutes... Even after the guy apologized.

After acknowledging and apologizing and explaining that it wasn’t my intention... I would have gotten really annoyed - if not actively angry - if she just kept going on

I totally had the old-school Batman: The Animated Series set of Viewmaster discs. They were pretty cool. For explosions they’d have one eye display white and the other display whatever color the explosion was and it would fuck with your eyes. I loved it.

Do you not possess reading comprehension? Hayes’ son is essentially saying he was manipulated/coerced into making the statement after having a stroke...

Out of curiosity, does the US PSN Store offer refunds on preorders when a delay occurs? I know it’s pretty standard in EU and abroad due to consumer rights, but not sure what happens in the US when a product is actually delayed.

I’ve played Mercy twice... and got PotG both times. However, the first time was because I resurrected 3 people and then immediately took out 4 enemies while capturing the point.

I’m afraid to keep playing her because I feel like it was probably mostly luck. :P

Eh... Give it 2 years.

Wow. Are you saying we see the world differently? *Mind Explosion!*

I guess it’s not relevant. Maybe next month they can give us Madden 15... That was $60 once... and it’s a good game. Sure, I could go buy it for $3.50 but hey - it would be FREE now!

Sure, I guess a disc-based game that’s been $6 multiple times is better than those $20 Indies that recently came out....

Huzzah for the perception of value!

/I like the line-up and the games... I’m mostly just calling out people that are acting like it’s such a HUGE improvement. But, then again, I love indie games as

Figured it was the Special... but I sooo hoped I was wrong after reading that.

Oh well. :(

I wouldn’t say it’s my favorite in the series, but I definitely think it gets more shit than it should.

The biggest issue with MGS2 is that it has convinced outsiders that MGS is a convoluted mess that is hard to follow... When it’s actually pretty easy to follow - and when things get *too* convoluted - it’s when, as

> That makes it sound like you are suggesting that Sony’s quality assurance team should be responsible or somehow have noticed this. Apologies if that was not the point you were making but I do believe that is what a few people thought you were suggesting.

And this falls on Sony (or whatever console/platform manufacturer/host) to handle? No, it’s on the developers/publishers and the people *claiming* to have created their product legitimately.

I’m all for pathways for artists/owners to report and take action when it’s proven that someone has stolen their stuff... but to

Yep. The developer/publisher signs off on it... Usually, bigger devs/pubs will have a legal team that combs through it for *obvious* theft.

But seriously, they expect the Cert QA team to spot every art infringement when they include random assets from other games - and art from a random-ass DeviantArt account.

So

Yes, because QA folks are totally going to know every art asset from every game ever in order to spot this. This is the stupidest fucking comment.

So... is KFC officially supporting Trump/Pence? At least Clinton knows how to keep her shilling somewhat subtle.

Yeah, the first dragon punch - as well as the first spinning pile-driver - is a very special feeling.

I love the scene in Master of None - where Aziz’s father is trying to get him interested in what he was interested in as a kid... but young Aziz is too busy playing Street Fighter... Then it cuts to him performing a
