There’s a strong sense of the futility of voting among the young—a concept encouraged by those on the right while simultaneously making it more difficult for people to vote. But the thing is, if your vote doesnt matter, why would they work so hard to make it difficult for your vote to matter?

The description given makes this a possibility. If he was living alone before, he may not even know he does it. But him suggesting he stay there again makes me think otherwise.

It is very much a true account. I also have had a few experiences that I could relate if you had a bad habit of falling asleep in your own bed. Or staying in your own house. Or going outside. Or talking to people.

Stop rustling Trump’s hair. Stop playing basketball with Cruz. Stop supporting, following and excusing Kanye until he gets on some medication. Don’t invest a ton of money and airtime tv show when your star has spouted bigotry for the past few years. Don’t have a knee-jerk reaction to an accusation from a Nazi.

I’d agree that we’re all complicit. Most people are just trying to deal with their own rather than fix the world. if shit affects your life every day, it’s impossible to ignore, but if the shit doesn’t reach your little bubble at all it can be easy to ignore. Denials a big thing til you get hit.

I think I can count exactly twice I came very close to getting in a bar fight. Luckily it never came to that. Had I done so, I would not have regretted doing it in the slightest. I might regret the scars though.

Do I count individual chicken deaths for my personal consumption or total chicken meat divided by the average amount of meat per chicken. My tendency to eat at Wingstop and Buffalo Wild Wings could throw off my count.
