And I had read about eye damage, not the eyes being gouged out. My point being, that the damage could have been caused by surviving the attempted abortion not directly by the coat hanger.
Different OB/GYN-it was an abortion clinic in Harrisburg, PA (which has since been placed under different management with different staff). PP in my area did not offer abortions. They did offer post abortion care. They were perfectly nice and wonderful and got me on BC that worked rather then what I had been on.

Where did you see that the eyes were gouged out. What I’ve read was that there was permanent eye damage, which is already a consequence of preterm birth. The prosecution is claiming that lungs, heart, and eyes were damaged by the hanger yet all of these organs ALREADY ARE IMPAIRED/DAMAGED in cases of preterm birth.
Mostly, I agree. I did have a rather horrible personal experience with one doc who was about as sympathetic as a toad. I do know that most aren’t like him.
This is very, very sad and I wished Dr. Phil would get sued to oblivion and lose his TV show for ever.
