it's a tuxedo cat, a lot of them look the same. she probably didn't know which markings, if any, could be called "distinguishing" whereas the vet has seen a thousand different tuxedo cat and knows that the white above the lip + other variations are actually distinguishing.

"traditionally"

hmmm... nope, disagree. i said traditionally. some expressions of strength are traditionally associated with masculinity.

I get wary when "strong" equals "tradionally masculine definitions of strength."

What about lazy, soft around the middle but rough around the edges, feminine in a bitchy way and with only medium strength? When will I get to see myself reflected on screen?

65% of nerds at MIT get laaaaaaid. And a degree from MIT. Boo hoo this is terrible news to this guy?

I guess most of the nerds in my circle have enough healthy self-loathing to preclude this external-facing blame that happens? It's not "women," it's chance, or it's you(them). Or both. I just don't get how smart people could see it any other way.

what? But... abs? I was told there had to be abs on a good mate.

I'm choosing a d&d/Star Wars nerd who's also ex-military as a long-term mate. We convincingly cosplay as wolverine and rogue. people rarely conform exactly to statistics .

I wonder what the statistics are like for men with pessimistic outlooks on life.

look, i don't understand why you can't understand that those same exact statistics are reasons for rejoicing. i guess you're too negative?

i understand that statistics show that the largest percentage of women prefer tall athletic body types.

and less than 5% of college-educated 30-year-olds are still virgins, so. do the math.

again, you are conflating sexual intercourse with reproduction. you are wrong to do so. you are wrong to associate a chromosome that exists in almost all mammals and many non-mammalian life forms as if it is applicable to sexual politics of modern human individuals.

i mean a quick glance at the wedding rings on display in the "people of walmart" blog or whatever should be enough evidence that even the least of us have at least some kind of chance.

how would dna track that? again, you are conflating sexual intercourse with reproduction.

"No sorry it doesn't change ever." yes, it does. you know how you know? 65% of the college seniors you quoted earlier are virgins, but less than 5% of college-educated adults are virgins at age 30, and that includes the intentionally celibate like priests.

also you keep stating things as if they are facts. in the animal world, females sometimes murder the males after they have been of use. would you suggest that that would make the same behavior acceptable in humans?

you're changing the goalposts. reproduced, or had sex?

it is definitely a learning process. it's very juvenile to believe "well women like x. i don't have x, i will die a virgin" and cling to it.
