shouldn't the non-stabby, non-hitty, non-attacky men in the world read this kind of thing and think, "well *I* look great now." instead, they seem intent on shouting about the fact that "not all men" are like this. or not most. yes, not most! so good for you, if you are not one of these ones, why are you lumping

dismiss the comment, they hate that!

this kind of message is intended for and created by former bullies or supervising adults who allowed it, who want to feel their bad behavior was good in the long run. not done damage, or acted neutrally, but actually helped their victims. this is not to say no victim has ever come out ahead in the long run, but the

do you have to reproduce the baby's photos. tres gauche, jezebel.

"like herding cats" is an idiom for a reason.

the audience includes almost no people who have a personal relationship to a story wherein a woman gets torn apart by dogs. the audience includes many people with a personal connection to rape. this is what bothers me about the "but what about all the beheadings??" argument. we as a society have next to no more

it was definitely his own butt. very artistic shots. i can see them even now, in my mind's eye.

a new guy started at work, and he was a very odd character. bipolar, divisive. so i poked around a tiny bit online, a kind of "who hired this guy?" search, starting with linkedin and moving out from there. within 3 link-clicks, i was on his pinterest, which was all shots of himself, or rather, of his butt. i closed my

thank you, i went looking for this, couldn't remember enough of it to bring it up in google.

this shit is so lame. bullshit posturing. your job as a parent is to raise a girl who can deal with all of this without your intervention. if you are necessary here, you have failed.

i wonder if this is where Scientology's homophobia comes from. preying on these same victims but offering them an alternate escape.

I would absolutely, and have in the past, feel the same way with genders reversed. It was not an ultimatum situation, but a guy who was more traditional and wanted the paper, and a woman who thought it wasn't necessary.
