It likely did.  Morality clauses wherein people can be fired for public behaviour that reflects badly on the company or production they’re in are commonplace.  This is a non-issue.

She has a strong case. Being brain-dead definitely qualifies as a disability.

That’s going to be a big lift. There may have been other actors who did stupid shit, but she was very public, was warned repeatedly, and was eventually just not renewed. I don’t even think her contract was broken, they just didn’t re-up it.
