They need to cap the Vine Street Expressway in Philly and build a park over it. The development that’s happening along both sides right now (The Franklin, The Admiral and Comcast 2) plus a bunch more planned (30th street station) it only makes sense.

I recommend a geography class. It would help you better understand the geographical differences between wire/wireless in somewhere with less than 3,000 km^2 and somewhere with almost 10,000,000 km^2.
