If these lazy leeches didn’t want to be pulled over, then they shouldn’t have broken the law. It’s what’s wrong with this culture: a lack of respect of rules and order. It’s important that they have stricter policing and should probably have more patrols to ensure these lawless thugs don’t raid a pension fund or fire

Saw some of these as I was riding through Richmond, VA a couple weekends ago, and now knew what I was looking at. Super cool, and exactly what we should be focusing on.

Thank you for starting your comment the way you did.

Seconded. Just make certain you have short-length hinged sockets.

It’s just so expensive for what it is. I bought a 2015 MT premium new and it was $26k out the door. Now? The same is $35k MSRP, and you’re getting pretty much the same car. That was the price of an STi in ‘15.

I don’t know if this is the spirit of Jalopnik’s question, but I guess they’ll have disappeared from the roads, won’t they?

Yeah, but some people invested in the tech won’t accept such ‘truisms’ until there’s peer-reviewed evidence to show it. At least I can point to the work done by these researchers the next time I’m stuck listening to someone lauding the imminent future of self-driving cars.

The Nissan Altima.

I hate these damn loops so much, especially when they’re tied to a traffic light with a ‘no turn on red’ sign. I ride a motorcycle and so I’m stuck at them so often. VA has laws that allow for going through them after two full cycles, but I don’t really like having to risk getting pulled over.

I’ve written about my built and tuned WRX on here from time to time, and that car was such an amazing lesson in why I don’t want to build and tune a daily driver ever again, especially when the ‘reputable’ shop screws up time and time again. Somehow it hurts a little less when I mess something up because I’m not a

If you want an old V8 mustang with an auto, it’s great, but personally I always hated this body style, so ND from me.

Lol. Lmao, even.

Manual Supra wasn’t available when I was replacing my car: I bought a used, manual 911. Now I don’t want to replace the 911 with anything else. The window for them to sell one to me new has closed.

When I had my WRX I upgraded the engine and it wound up being more than the stock transmission could handle (well, IAG also screwed up the install, leading to an exhaust leak that melted the engine mounts putting undue strain on the transmission, which also eventually destroyed that rebuild due to a wrecked thrust

It’s been playing funny games with quotations recently.

These cars deserve to be driven.

I saw one with over 100k miles parked near me the other day (yes I peeked) and it was a delight to see one ‘dailied’ (or at least driven with extreme regularity).

Beautiful detailing job on an amazing car. Shame that detail job won’t help all the seals and gaskets that are going to need to be replaced before that thing can reliably run again.
