It’s Hertz’s fault for not dropping the charges on the first arrest. No charge, no notices, no missed court dates.

Check out the list of people arrested and length of time spent in jail for Hertz stuff. Almost without fail, black people spent 1-8 MONTHS in jail while whites spent 0-3 DAYS behind bars. It's totally gross.
