This. The money being (finally) poured into new battery technologies is going to improve batteries (and what they are made from). The question is just when.

thats why i asked a question.. to learn something? I havent seen any real credible numbers to support the claim that lithium mining is net worse than the use of oil/gasoline. I assume long run gas cars are still worse, but again I dont know so i asked the group/.

For the love of money...” Take away people’s desire to keep accumulating wealth and we can solve alot of problems.

Lithium being a stellar example, what with the strip mining in countries other than our own.

Eh, fair enough. Acting as the largely symbolic head of an empire that did a lot of harm to those under its rule, it’s only fair she attracts criticism.

They’re scrambling hard right now and making amazing progress..

This is something I commented on month’s ago: there needs to be Moon Shot emphasis on batteries getting away from lithium while still performing well enough. Maybe this is the beginning of a whole new branch of battery tech which can be a cost-effective solution for the car battery supply issue.

even if this proves not optimum for EV use, I could see a technology that is cheap over its life span that has good capacity.

Society needs more than STEM degrees to function. I say this as being a computer engineer who sold a cyber security company for millions married to an Art History major who has more impact on humanity through teaching than I did with the widget I sold.

Please go back to school and study some humanities, you obviously got short changed on your education. Make a man out of yourself, pussyboy.

There can only be one Most Important Thing To Pay Attention To in the world. Why don’t you tell us what that is so that none of us wastes time on anything less important. (Also,  the potential that her relationship with Pitt may be abusive is not what the issue is).

All the butt-hurt racist asshats trying to make the excuse that you don’t touch someone else bike are making a lame-ass argument.

Yeah that is pretty much what I think, the overall shape isn't bad, though the interior is pretty horrendous.  Anyway not "crack pipe at any price" to me,  but still way overpriced.

You gotta make sure the turbo button is pushed on your CPU case.

Agree, old ICE vehicles won’t be going away for a long time, but brand new ones will, and actually pretty soon since the 2030s are only a decade away, and a lot of EU countries and US states have committed to banning sales of new ICE vehicles by 2035.

There is always Bob Loblaw...

So, is this a case of a rich, bleached-out boomer getting unnecessarily spicy because he found out that the rules of a signed contract applied to him

I work with extremely rich boomer car guys every single day, and I firmly believe that a good 50-60% of them would fail to see the issue with this. I know the shop was emailing this guy constantly to try and get payment from him, they probably called him multiple times, but he didn’t recognize the number so he just
