I don’t like Tom Brady, but I approve of this message.

Also as someone deep within the financial investments industry, this is also a law that put the onus on the companies creating the products in order to address problems exploited by the broker/dealers.

Arguably, it’s a half-cooked seeming resolution to a bigger problem. Having said that, it does take strides to force

Easily less. The value proposition has to be analyzed at a per-unit level. When predicting what to cost per unit, what has to look at *expected* sales. Clearly, they believed their expected sales was low enough to warrant a high cost, or they were biased and thought they could simply charge a high amount and still

In lo my many years of GameStop patronage, I’d wager 80% of the sales staff I encounter would share this practice (being good people first - if nothing else, it earns more business long-term). There remains, however, that issue of an estimated 20% of workers who just don’t seem concerned about the customers. These

First hand, I can verify I couldn’t finish the first Aftermath because of the present tense, but the audiobooks helped a lot.

So where is Darryl’s office? Did that end up going next to the break room? I love this, but my brain is screaming trying to find where his office went in.

Episode VIII
THE LAST JEDI

It is a period of canonic upheaval.

Fanboys and Fangirls have spent the last year trying to divine the identities of both Snoke and the parentage of Rey Skywalkerrrrp—Smith. Rey Smith.... Yeah.

So, uh, who wants to hear some jizz music?!

I’ll be recording two podcasts late tonight. This will be me by the end of the second:

This! These cavalier science wizards think we WANT that many seeds caught in our teeth!

A little ways away? What, like the BACKYARD?

The clickbaity title says it was in THE WOODS - and the woods are always miles and miles away! Surely they sailed through the skies on fiberglass wings while a metal version of the NeverEnding Story theme thundered through the clouds!

“Look, I’m not your friend, monkey dude. In fact, I’m not even gonna call you monkeydude again. I’ma call you Josh.”

You’re literally attacking someone for allying herself because she feels marginalized in some way.

I feel like this is a case of different personalities saying the exact same thing differently. “We toned down the violence after that,” and “We always meant for there to be less violence after that,” could be interpreted as saying the exact same thing.

Is it safe to assume her latent force ability would manifest itself in banshee-esque, goat-like scream that vibrates ear drums at a resonance to liquefy the brains between?

Because that happens to me literally every time I hear Fleetwood Mac. My skull is practically a snowglobe at this point.

You are absolutely right that a lot of newer “4K” TV’s are better at upscaling than the previous generation of 1080p’s. I had a Bravia upon which compressed mp4 looked beyond horrid, and those same files on my newer Vizio 4K TV look practically blu-ray perfect. The same can be said for the standard def cable

Everyone who’s ever found mouse crap in that drawer just gagged in horror.

A good analogy is like poetry to me. This is doubtless the best one I’ll see for days.

The discussion over shock value vs. depth is kind of a moot point, IMO. I felt like this film just didn’t flow at all. It had pacing and quality issues more at the level of basic movie making. The fact that people wrestle with the humor vs. the depth of the subject matter, to me, is symptomatic of deeper issues.

“certain types of reporters” = sh*tty reporters. Check and double-check... like the “Discount” variety... which is an ad with an NFL QB endorsement... and is paid for.
