You can be stone-cold certain this game is the result of business people crunching numbers and listening to algorithms. Nobody who actually plays or enjoys games (or, let’s be honest, enjoys anything but the sound of money clinking its way into a bank account) is steering the ship on projects like this. It’s soulless,…
honestly MK is at its best when it hews to its roots: goofy ultraviolent martial arts pastiche
primer nothing, the place needs a good burning
Okay, but important question: is Johnny Yong Bosch going to reprise his role as Vash the Stampede in the English dub.
Buying this game is a statement that you don’t mind that the franchise’s creator is a vicious transphobe.

I shouldn’t be surprised at this point to hear people are trying to “fix” the loc by “adding profanity back in” but it’s like you said: the people bitching about this are the ones who have literally no idea what they’re talking about.
Speaking of DKC, was I the only one who thought of Kaptain K. Rool’s trickier cannonball shots when Esther Winchester started spitting steaks? Those nasty looping shots which like to hit you from behind?
It’s a bit like how in Ye Olde Days you had to pull fancy tricks to work around hardware limitations - e.g. the famous Wily Stage dragon in Megaman 2 being drawn on a background layer because the NES couldn’t handle sprites that size, or Megaman himself having a separate sprite for his face because NES sprites can’t…
