Totally agree. Some may consider a $1,500 fix on a car worth $1,000 to be a waste of money. But if that’s one of the only expenses you have on the car in a year, and that fix will last for years, then it’s still far cheaper than buying a new car. Even a cheap one.

F-F-FASHUUUNNN

My favorite part was the look on your face when you realized the spare tire could be mounted in the door. Because it was the exactly the same as mine in that moment lol, that was so satisfying

How much you want to bet they’ll do an amazing job and design a beautiful car, only to be forced by higher-ups to add that ridiculous chrome bucktooth corporate grill to the front right at the end. Because B R A A A A N D.

That was a great one. Plus, Matt LeBlanc basically reprized his roll as traveler Joey, which I got a real kick out of.

Wow. Those are both gorgeous. I’m a bit transfixed by how minty fresh your Tacoma is. As a citizen of the northern Midwest, clean Tacomas of those years are basically nonexistent.

Moral of the story: Can’t loose money on a car if it wasn’t worth anything in the first place.

Man, that takes me back. I wanted one of those so fucking bad when I was a kid. I never got one, though.

I did chuckle. But now, I’m sad.

I mean, if this quarantine has taught me anything, as long as you send me up there with a handle of whiskey and a sub-par DVD collection, I’ll be fine.

He might burn it out before the burnout.

This one looks like somebody tried their hand at building a Diablo lookalike at the rear of the car and stopped at the driver’s side front door. I don’t know a ton about Fieros, but I don’t recall that being a factory option.

I mean, on top of the hustle, the fact that he’s a millionaire comedian with a bunch of other millionaire comedian friends with their own followings that frequently go on the show and boost his ratings could easily explain it on its own, too. It’s actually kind of easy for me to understand why he’s successful.

Natural talent can get you places, for sure. But in the end, Joe has been cranking out podcasts at a ridiculous pace for YEARS. The universe rewards hustle. Not talent.

Neutral: I’m pretty good, thanks for asking, Erik. All things considered. But, my Fiesta’s trunk is still letting water leak in, and I am a little nervous to take it to a dealership (because, you know, of the ‘Rona) to get them to try and fix it (again, they have tried twice to find the leak and have failed). Am I

You are my hero. I love everything about that thing.

As the former owner of a majestic 2000 Saturn SL1 in gray bronze metallic, this picture made my day. You have done the world a grand service, Dr. Torchinsky.

I was going to say, I felt the front end was the best part about the car. If anything, the need to fit a large rear trunk was the decision that did the most damage to the design.

Oh, I’d absolutely buy that, too. Maybe Woodrow Wilson holding a volleyball, or Herbert Hoover vacuuming the oval office lol
