Agree 100%. Are people forgetting that the dude is racing against a guy that’s possibly the greatest racing driver of our time, and they’re in virtually the same machine? Valterri’s still winning races even with his 5-time champion teammate. We’re not talking about an ultra noticeable performance deficit like

So, can we gleam any meaning out of this as far as Marcus Ericcson’s future in IndyCar goes? I can’t help but think that if he had a chance of retaining the seat, he wouldn’t miss the second-to-last race of the year. Unless his Alfa Romeo duties were always going to trump Arrow SPM.

I’ve heard that not a whole lot of people actually do get along with K-Mag. I guess he’s got kind of an abrasive personality. Or, at least, he just doesn’t give a shit about having normal dialogue with people or what people think of him, so he just doesn’t bother trying.

JEEZ LOUIS, I had no idea. Even if you went to a place like Maaco? Might as well save the money for performance mods.

Oh....... You know, I suddenly think yellow’s GREAT. It’s fine. PERFECT.

Profile pic checks out.

What is the purpose of designing the car’s name into the camouflage on the side of a car that is supposed to be concealed by said camouflage...

Ha, watch, $2,000 is like, the Maaco price. And don’t you dare complain about any orange peel.

Wow. This sucks. That makes me really sad. I didn’t know her, but her appearances on The Smoking Tire Podcast were always very fun and insightful. She was a really special and brave person. Hope you’re romping around in some straight-piped V8 baja truck in that big off-road park in the sky.

Very true. That’s why getting it for a little bit less would be nice. I’ve never had a whole car repainted, but I would imagine it would cost around $2,000.

I love that swooping line dropping down from the front. I like that Buick kind of drew elements from the Riviera and let them influence other models back then.

I voted NP, but I’m having second thoughts. For one, I could never buy anything that yellow. And on top of that, the paint is in horrible condition. If he’d come down by maybe $3,000, I think it would be just right.

That’s because you probably didn’t do what Clarkson did and pickle your own body with booze and cigarettes for 30+ years.

Uuuuhhhh... yes? Haha, I’m not really prepared to defend that statement, so...

I’d love to see the look on Boomers’ faces when you drive past in that thing and instead of a V8 rumble, they hear the buzzy hum of an rb26. I think it would be a really cool build.

Some of them are CGI. But there are many that aren’t. Like, you know that scene in the beginning where that guy drifts a 350Z up the parking ramp? That one is a real stunt, and that would have been very difficult.

It is heresy, but that’s why I love it. Besides, the car itself is a metaphor for Sean. Or, at least, that’s always the way I saw it.

You’re right, 1 and 3 were really the two movies that focused the most on actual street racing scenes and cultures. I think that’s why I enjoyed both of those so much.
