You really think Jonny Lieberman would make a totally unfounded claim like that?

Jonny’s point about Toyota’s total disinterest in marketing the Land Cruiser is a great one. They should be looking at their current sales figures as a fucking miracle given that they haven’t spent a dime on advertising for this thing.

I just got an image in my head of a bunch of V12-powered whistling Nerf footballs whipping and bumping around Spa, and it was very, very good.

Oh, he nailed it. That’s the most accurate term I’ve seen since the internet came up with the term “Brodozer.”

During the broadcast, I also heard that the shape of the track makes it almost impossible for spotters to really do their jobs when the cars are approaching turn 2. They’re just way too far away to make an accurate judgement, at that point.

(I just posted this comment on Mac’s post from Sunday, but I feel it’s probably more relevant on this post.)

I think the first thing Pocono needs to do is solve the catch fence problem. It was a problem last year when Wickens got thrown into it, and Felix Rosenqvist was just inches from suffering the same accident. Why don’t they just make the walls a little higher?

I see the partnership with Barstool is going as expected.

YOU’RE NOT MY REAL DAD.

That was quick!

Glad you and the Jeep are (mostly) all right, David! Accidents are always my concern with daily driving a classic vehicle. Glad you were pleasantly surprised by Project Postal.

I dated a girl once that used to slap me in the stomach whenever she saw it or I had my shirt off, or just whenever she felt like it. I hated it.

I was going to say, that’s clearly not a photo of some hidden parking lot stacked up with defective Fiestas and Focuses.

So, initially, I thought this picture was of a large stockpile of traded-in Focuses and Fiestas that had defective transmissions, but then I noticed this.

Come to think of it, rally drivers might be first. I always wonder how they can just trust the pace notes and fly around an icy hairpin at Monaco, or Pikes Peak back when it was dirt, or anything like that. Just incredible.

Drag racing has to be the most dangerous form of motor sport, right? One second, the car is fine, but you could be in a barrel roll less than a second later.

AWESOME! I was really hoping Tempest would come back. It’s a really unique show in the car podcast realm. Can’t wait!

Well, the Germans do have a pretty stacked resume when it comes to creating brainwashing propaganda

It would be awesome to watch Nasr in an IndyCar. I know he had a really good day of testing with Arrow SPM recently. I don’t know much about Latifi, but I did just run across this information on Autosport:
