I think these conviction by association types cases are insanely fucked-up. I mean, come on, does this DA have nothing better to do with its time than prosecuting a guy just for lending his car which ended up being used in a murder he had no foreknowledge about?

The prosecutors should also find the mothers of all of the men that were active in the crime and sentence them to life as well for birthing these people.
